A better quote couldn’t be found for Tesoro Travels founder Kim Cochrane, who fell in love with travel at the young age of 16 when she was an exchange student living with a host family in Salzburg, Austria. Travel became about the new experiences, the food, the people and eventually, the wine!
Kim has worked in the travel industry since she returned from her year abroad in various capacities. She started as a part-time assistant for a travel agent then worked for the cruise industry for years until she purchased her own agency 15 years ago. Other than introducing clients to world travel, one of Kim’s most significant industry accomplishments is ascertaining her International Airlines Travel Agent Network accreditation which requires recommendations from the travel trade as well as achieving financial benchmarks and certifications.
Kim wants her clients to experience the world and different cultures with eyes wide open to new adventures.
Gail Oliver is a native of St. Augustine, Florida, and was raised in and around the tourism industry throughout her entire life.
She developed a specialty niche in wedding travel and planning through her experience with her own daughter’s wedding, hosted in the Mayan Riviera.
Gail enjoys working with individuals and group clients for any special occasion, whether on a group cruise with family and friends or a family or girls’ getaway vacation to an all-inclusive in the Caribbean.
One of her favorite travel experiences was a self-drive vacation in Portugal, exploring the towns and villages where her husband’s family originated.
Gail enjoys ocean cruising and all-inclusive vacations in Mexico and the Caribbean. She also loves Europe and has personal experience with travel styles including river cruising, self-drive trips, and custom itineraries using private drivers.
Pam Nobles was raised in Orlando, Florida and has been a lover of travel since childhood. Her parents never hesitated to take all five children on new adventures when they were young. In her twenties she spent time working in Germany and taking day trips on every day she had free. Her love of international travel had begun!
Pam delights in finding off the beaten path activities that most travelers don’t immediately think of in a new city. She enjoys the challenge of compiling a uniquely personal experience for clients.
