A better quote couldn’t be found for Tesoro Travels founder Kim Cochrane, who fell in love with travel at the young age of 16 when she was an exchange student in Salzburg, Austria. Travel became about the new experiences, the food, the people and eventually, the wine!
Kim has worked in the travel industry in various capacities since she returned from her year abroad. From her role as part-time assistant for a travel agent to multiple roles in the cruise industry, she founded Tesoro Travel in 2007. Introducing her clients to world travel has long been her passion. Kim strives for her clients to experience the world and different cultures with eyes wide open to new adventures, be they on land, on the rivers of the world, or aboard a luxury ocean vessel.
Gail Oliver is a native of St. Augustine, Florida, and was raised in and around the tourism industry.
She began her career as a travel advisor sixteen years ago, through her experience with planning her daughter’s wedding in the Mayan Riviera.
Gail enjoys working with individuals and group clients for any special occasion, whether on a group cruise with family and friends, a family reunion, or vacation or a girls’ getaway vacation to an all-inclusive in the Caribbean. Her cruise experience is extensive and ranges from small luxury ships to sailing yachts to mega ocean liners.
One of her favorite travel experiences was a self-drive vacation in Portugal, exploring the towns and villages where her husband’s family originated.
Gail has always been adventurous and a lover of nature and the outdoors. From Antarctica to the Caribbean, she can be found on the water or hiking a mountain trail.
She loves exploring Europe and has personal experience with a wide range of travel styles including river cruising, self-drive trips, and custom itineraries using private drivers.
Pam Nobles is a lifelong travel enthusiast with a deep love for international adventures, cruising, and the magic of discovering new cities on foot. Her journeys have taken her across continents, from the cobblestone streets of Europe to the sun-drenched coastlines of the Mediterranean, always guided by a spirit of curiosity and wonder.
Cruising holds a special place in Pam’s heart—not just for the comfort and luxury of the journey, but for the unique opportunity it provides to experience multiple destinations in one seamless adventure. She especially treasures river cruises, where smaller ships glide through historic waterways, offering an intimate glimpse into the culture, cuisine, and charm of regions like the Rhine, Danube, and Seine.

She believes that walking allows travelers to absorb the rhythm of a place—to stumble upon hidden gems, engage with locals, and truly understand a city’s soul. Since then, she has traveled to Morocco, Amsterdam, London, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and beyond, always seeking out authentic experiences.
